my power steering pulling broke should i replace just that pulley or buy a pulley kit. how much of a diff will a pulley kit on a 89 240sx coupe make and anyone know a website which sells them. thanks.

you'll have to buy a new pulley (or visit your local scrapyard) to find one. I don't believe anyone makes a pulley kit for the KA24E or DE. Only underdrive pulleys.

Whats the pully actually called anyway? The underdrive pully is the name of the aftermarket replacement pully for ....what? I know what it does and where it goes, just wondering the stock name of the pully that gets replaced by an underdrive pully.

i think you're talking about a crank pulley DSC.
nismoparts.com sells a pulley set, a set of a whole two pullies though. waterpump and crank.
