where to get magnetic wheel locks

hey everyone anyone know where i can get magnetic wheel locks ie kyoei locks or the more expensive watanabe magnetic locks?
i know jspec sells watanabe locks , 4 for 150. im trying to find the kyoei ones if possible but nobody has em

Couldn't someone just take a magnet and take them off?

it doesnt just use a normal magnet so it wouldnt work from what i understand.
