WTB: 91' + 240 good condition

i would like to buy a 91' + nissan 240 in good condition. i would also trade a 98' civic hatch with these mods:

*carbon fiber hood
*motor and tranny w/35k
*new black carpet
*civic type r shift boot and shift knob
*anodized red short shifter
*civic si wheels and bridgstone potenza tires
*rear disk brake conversion from gsr integra
*header
*eibach lowering springs

I know that this is a nissan guru's forum but if anyone wanted a ek hatch for a daily driver or what not its for sale or trade what ever works.
