New to VA, need info on yards, emissions, and anything else

Hey everyone. I just recently got here to VA, and I've already got my project car. It's a 1995 base model 240SX. I've got plans for it, but it's kind of hard to get started. I plan on going through junkyards to find anything that could be used, main focus being a nice set of wheels right now. I'm also not sure how emissions laws are around here, so if anyone can please help me out, I'd be very much obliged. BTW, I live in the Hampton Roads area. Thanks in advance!

yo, im in Chesapeake, there is u-wrench-it now called pick and pull, ingrams junkyard, and always used auto parts, those are the best ones to find 240's in in sothern Va
