I have a Apex'i SAFC currently installed in my car that I would like to sell. The unit works and looks great, and I still have all the manuals and wiring diagrams. No offer is a bad offer so please inquire.

Well, it displays data like air flow, rev speed, throttle position, etc. But yeah, it's main purpose is to control the a/f. I used it to control my larger fuel injectors, but now I have a reprogrammed ECU for that. Anyhow, $80 is a little low, but thanks

Would $190 be considered. Additoinally, how much tuning time did it require to set up properly. Please email with your response. [email protected]

Thank in advance,
David N.

Oops sorry guys, I haven't been logging into forums to check my post lately. Anyhow, $220 shipped sounds good to me, so let me know how you want to do this, CSR. Just to answer the previous Q's, it took me quite a while to figure out what the settings needed to be at. I used it to control my 370cc injectors when I turbo'ed my KA24DE. Now I just use it as a piggyback for the JWT programmed ECU. I find that JWT's program runs a bit rich, so I use the AFC to lean it out a bit. On the other hand, I doubt that I used the AFC to it's full tuning capabilities. It's a neat device, but the problem is that Apex'i doesn't have any specs or program instructions for the KA24DE, so I did everything by trial and error. I wouldn't recommend anyone doing that unless you know how to rebuild a blown motor. You also need to figure out where to wires get spiced into your ECU harness, or else the AFC won't work. One last word is to solder all your wires. I didn't do that at first, and my car just died in the middle of traffic because of a bad connection.
