ok ka-t blue smoke, rings or turbo bad, comp test.

ok well i figured that the blue smoke was one of two things rings are bad or turbo seals went, well i just did a comp test. results are 1,2,3 cylinders 165, and 4 is 170 and holds presure. so that would say that turbo seals are bad. am i correct in saying this. i need a second opinion

well i think i will try a leak down test and see what happens
