I've been researching this for a while, but I still have a lot to learn about coilovers. I wanted to start this thread to get an idea of what everyone runs on their cars - for use on the track, daily driven, or both. I'd like to find out what people like for spring rates for different types of racing. For example, are higher spring rates better for drifting and lower better for autox? I'd like to find out everyones views on this.
So try to stick to this list and fill everything out... if there are other things I should add let me know.
1. What do you use your car for? Track only, daily driving, both
2. Do you drift, autox, road race, other, or none?
3. What coilovers do you use?
4. What spring rates do you have?
5. If you have adjustable dampening, what settings do you use?
6. Why did you choose them? Did you have custom spring rates for your needs?
