hey guys i just got an s13.5 front end conversion and i was just wondering if anyone knew what, if any, mods had to be done to the s14 core support for the headlights to fit. Or if you think it is a better idea to spend the xtra money on a s15 core support rather then buying an s14 support from a junk yard, just let me know.

ok, under any normal circumstance i would tell you to search...BUT...im in a chipper mood so here we go:

you need to cut away part of the radiator support to make the s15 headlights fit. you could get a s15 rad.support and that already has the holes cut and very very clean, or you can go ahead and cut whats already on your car. so why do you have a s14 rad.support on your s13?

He said he would be purchasing the s14 support from a junkyard vs getting a new s15 core support, not that he has one already. The only difference would be the s14 needs to be cut slightly to fit the s15 lights, the s15 support would obviously require no modifications, go with the s14 support, im sure its alot cheaper

um... or just save that $ for something else and don't bother with either...

the SEARCH button is your friend! ...and please don't call it S13.5, that sounds like "S13 and a half", and that'd be a S13 w/a S14 front wouldn't it? LOL :)

Use a dremel, I made cut mine fast and then made the edges smooth. It looks like the S15 support.

Yes that was the point. I actually have an s14.5 if thats what you call it.
