just put this in with the spec stage 3 clutch. cost me $200 for the flywheel used and the clutch brand new!

anyways the popular myth is you lose torque, and of course, low end torque and momentum is lost, but not enough to really make a difference...

up to 4krpms on 14psi in 2nd gear my car revs quick but is only producing sheer HP and it doesnt throw you in the seat as hard, but when i hit boost, and especially above the 6k rpm range to 7.5k my car takes off, i even broke loose on a couple occasions.

Daily driving is easy, infact its not hard to drive at all, and idle is normal at 900rpms. THe speed of the revs makes up for loss of momentum.. and my car is so much more fun to drive.

Is it worth it? Yes! But the price tag on most flywheels is kinda high... try and get a used one and resurface or replace the friction area.

PS all that shit you hear about 9.8lbs Being Too light for street is total bullshit, the people who say that have obviously not had a toda.

I love it!

I have an aluminum nismo one and steele one from OS, not really noticable from each other. both in between 9 and 12 lbs. only noticable when rpms are dropping on de-accel. i doubt there would be much differnce in accel, its probably your clutch not slipping at high rpms like your previous one may have done.
