Anyone in the cali bay area interested in taking Serrada Escrima? If so, let me know. I've found a very good instructor, but I need a sparring partner.
thanks.

Escrima is a Filipino martial art which involves knives and big wooden sticks.

lol that doesn't sound like a martial art, it sounds like gang fighting.

I couldn't do it, for one reason. I know that if I can efficiently use a stick as a weapon, I will. Because what is more common in life than big sticks on the ground.
This is why, in Kenpo, I started learning to use a Kitana and Sais. I never bought them, just got proficient with them. Why didn't I buy them? I'd use them.
