Question for the ones in the know:
Do you think Nissan will ever bring the S15 to US shores?  Now or in the future?
Is there any possibility Nissan marketing of America will wake up from their drug induced stupor and actually release the S15 *with* its originallly intended engine?

Just wanted to see if there is an s15 in the future from people who live S chassis.  Any and all info is greatly appreciated thanks.

I think we can safely say "no".

That's about all there is to say! The '15 will probably be replaced in the next 1-3 years (i have no real idea, just guessing) and the SR20 is never going to make it over, full stop. I think this has been asked MANY a time. Do a little (more) reading on the SR20 and the S-chassis cars and you'll realize it's not going to happen. fwiw (and I'm mind reading here) I don't think the S16, if it ever comes out, will make it to US shores in its japanese (hopefully turbocharged) form. The chassis, however, may.

edit: just realized you said "those of us in the know". &nbsp; FWIW, those "in the know" aren't telling, so don't expect too many 'in the know' replies! We're all just guessing methinks.

i dont think they gunna make s16......if they do it wouldn't be a turbocharged car, it'll be a v6 or v8 or somethin, but yeah N/A car.......

impretty sure its the same with the GTR, some emmission (can't spell) laws in japan? like they not making turbo cars no more? dunno.........

if anything the new "S"16 would look a lot like the G35c.... it's got the same layout and nearly identical dimensions. &nbsp;i'd like to see that layout as a Nissan with a QR25DE, which would basically be a "Silvia"... almost definitely with a different name.

Well seeing that the s15 is not being produced or is about to stop production, not to mention nissan never ever intended to bring it here. My common sense brings me to say that there not gonna bring it to the states.

oh one more thing, is it silly to try and look for S15 front clips yet? &nbsp;Laugh at me if needed heh.
