Do tie rod ends come w/spacer?

im picking up some kazama tie rod ends and didnt think they came with a spacer. until i read this (http://www.zilvia.net/f/showthread.php?t=61454&highlight=tie+rod+end+spacer). so do they come with a spacer or not? and what is the hole (http://www.superiornissanmotorsports.com/store/product_info.php?cPath=4_36_176&products_id=230) for on the ball joint?

not too sure about kazama's, but my spl one's did.

I was also wondering the same thing about the nut on the bottom heh..

i played around with it a bit, and guessed that it is for adjusting the amount of steering angle (how far out the tie rod can be pushed by the rack/pinion)..

i think that's what it was..
i'll check mine again for ya.
