can you use the HKS actuator on both the t25 and t28, since I would like to use it on my t25 for now until i upgrade my fuel and get a retune, and then use it on the gt28r when I do the fuel/ecu?

this is kinda on the same topic,
Will the S14 HKS actuator kit work on the S15 turbo, it should right?

stupid question:
any benifts to using the HKS actuator over a boost controller?
Allows for higher boost levels than the stock actuator.

but a boost controller does the same thing, and it's adjustable

also it is a much better actuator, as in it helps hold boost all the way to redline. Instead of you loosing several pounds before you getr there with the stock actuator

and an HKS actuator is adjustable too. just not inside the car, and it hodls boost better, is more reliable, and ive noticed quicker response with the newer hks actuator. Also you set it at a certain length and it will go to the exact boost you specify, it won't spike etc.. A wise man w/ sr20 would haveone

You can interchange them if you drill new holes into the mounting bracket to "clock" the actuator.
