Car Won't Start!!!! PLEASE HELP

This is really driving me insane right now, about why my car will not start. Its an s14 with a s13 redtop. I had the car running, so I decided to swap the valve cover with a freshly painted one. Well everything is back together and now the car won't start. I have no idea why, im pretty sure i didn't touch anything to not make it start.

Its getting fuel, but im pretty sure its not getting a spark. I've tried so many things and none of them got it to work. Here's a list of what I did.....
-Changed Coilpacks
-Changed Coilpack Harness
-Checked over every Ground I can find.....am i missing one???
-Did the timing...its 100% correct

I think its either a bad ingnitor, ground, or bad ecu. What do u think it is?????

maybe a bad fusable link to your ignition? (its in the fusebox in the engine bay)

what about the spark plugs?

it might be the spark plugs, but i can't see why, they are brand new. I had them gapped to .028 is that too low and it killed the plugs???? Im gonna do everything tomorrow so hopefully i got a bunch of things to try. Thanks for the replies.

Is it turning over or completely dead?

Make sure you have all of the coilpacks securely seated into the plugs.
Make sure they are in the right order.
Did you unplug anything else, CAS, ignitor, etc.?

Do the coilpacks themselves have to be in a certain order??, cause i thought that as long as the harness is pluged in correctly then the firing order would be fine.
