i Just replaced my fuel pump on my s13, SOHC over to a Walbro. My question is, does the pump always see 12V on the s13 SOHC, or does it switch? i.e. under cruise it sees 8v and at WOT 12V.? anyone know?

Yes, the fuel pump is an on/off circuit. The regulator does all the work to control the flow.
