Whats a good turbo to get if you lookinh for around 300-400hp and

how much power can a t3/t4 turbo handle

t3/t4's can support an extreme amount of hp since they range in so many forms. You need to be wayy more specific than t3/t4. Most people stay away from those though since they will not bolt onto the stock manifold and require quite a bit of modification compared to several other turbos that can go to stock manifold with some modifications. The turbos are more expensive but you dont need a manifold and less fabrication of downpipes or whatever if that isnt in the kit. For what you want, check out a gt2871r .64. This is probably the turbo you want for 400bhp which is pushing the limit of streetability in a 2700 pound car. There, now search more and go on freshalloy and read. Less talk more read. Ask specific questions not extremly general ones. Also realise that 400hp will mean wheel spin in 3rd gear and will probably scare the shit out of you. But it is dang fun. now less talk more read
