Simply put great seller.
I bought S13 coilovers through them knowing that people said good things about Underground Motorsports. There was a slight mishap that was Megan Racings fault (sent me Impreza WRX coilovers). I emailed customer support (more on that later) and Chris took care of the problems. In short, I got the right coilovers the day after UPS took the wrong ones (maybe MR sent it overnight?).
Underground Motorsports customer service is outstanding. Once I sent them an email about the mishap, they responded in less than 24 hours. They answered all my questions (except when I was going to receive the right coilovers; I was the first to have this happen).
This HAS NOT dicouraged me from buying from Underground Motorsports at all. I will definitely buy from them again and will be telling others to look there for MR parts. UGMS has made my buying experience great even with the mishap at MR, they took care of everything for me. Thanks for the great service.
