EVAP Canister Vent Control Valve

I need a 96+ EVAP Canister Vent Control Valve to pass inspection, This is the second time I failed and I only have a few days before my registration is suspended. It's located behind the rear passanger tire and comes off very easily, It takes all of about 2 minutes max. If you've removed your emissions stuff then you should have it. It doesn't help the car do anything other than throw a damn check engine light.
