R33 Turning Signal Style Fog-Lights?

Anyone know if it's possible or if anything like this is already out there and sold? For the 91-94 Bumper 240SX. I know they wont fit from the R33 but has anyone done this, acctually carved their vent's into the R33's style turning signal vent and added a round fog light???

they are not fog lights, it's plastic not glass it'll melt
