All spoilers I've seen on a 240sx have the two end mounting points. This, has 3 (obviously), and uses the stock end points. Also, it's a bit higher than my '96 and a friend's '97.

Neither one are OE. Some dealers use aftermarket companies to fit accessories to cut costs, they could have picked anything off the shelf and used it.
The OE spoiler runs about $514 from the parts department, you could outfit three lot cars with something non-OE for that price.

Did you guys check on the underside of the spoiler. I bought my car with a aftermarket spoiler and I ran my hand on the underside and found a "JSP" logo. Just a suggestion.
