i have run mustang alot and wonder why you guys are limiting yourself to just the 93 units. why is that so important?? 95 is still 5 ltr doesnt change till later. anyway just want to know this.

The MAF isn't just a normal 5.0 maf...

You're looking for a SPECIFIC version of the 93 Cobra MAF... F1SZ-12B579-A version only!! When using this MAF, you also will need to use the F43Z-14A411-A for that MAF when splicing into the Nissan harness

You can also use the 2001+ Lightning MAF too:1L3Z-12B579-A (or the 'B' version)
With this setup you need to use the 1R3Z-12B566-AA connector, however this has more pins then the normal cobra one, and I'm not sure which ones to use in this application

This MAF swap will also only work with the JWT ECU being programmed to do so, youcan't just simply cut and splice one in. Im' not sure if Enthalpy ECU's also use this MAF or not???

For specific reasons these are the only 2 that Clarke uses at JWT...Im' sure if you could use others that people would...and thats about as good as an answer you can get...lol!

JWT only uses iut b/c the voltage curve is known (even posted on the web), so it's easy to set up and tune with...makes no sense to me when they could have used a Z32 MAF and had more capacity...but that would have taken actual R&D to figure out the voltage curve and such.

Both Jim and Clark have commented that the Z32 MAF is harder to tune with using their setups. I don't see why, but that's the word from the top.
