My dads got one in his 1964 Chevy Nova SS. Stock. Try finding an old one. It is got all the smooth cracks all over. Real Vintage... :coold:

Try getting a voodoo knob...they're aluminum though, not white. I have one in my car and I like it a lot. A lot of miata guys use them.

If that razo logo is on there with the cheap paint i think it has, just go at it with some rubbing alcohol. i did that with some of those cup holders that connect to your vents. They had some lame "Type - R Racing" logo painted on them. I just used some rubbing alcohol and a few cotton balls and it came off no problem.

It looks like the logo is an inlayed plastic circle. So if he wouldn't be able to remove the logo without a round indentation on the top of his shift knob. Would look odd...

cheap shift knobs suck, they weigh like .01 oz, makes it annoying to shift. imho.

ebay fake b&m shifter kits come with them, chrome though...also, as mentioned above, greddy/trust makes one that has an optional sticker...but as mentioned above, its rediculously light = boo

i just recently bought this one from razo, its the razo ra25, and it weighs 340 grams. i prefer it more than my signal knob, i prefer it a little more to the greddy dreidel knob, and prefer it WAY more than stock.

its only like 30 bucks, its heavy, its a shiny hyperblack gunmeta lcolor, and best of all its a complete sphere, which you really cannot find in an import thread pitc hand depth, 30 bucks, you wont regret it

I have been trying to find an aftermarket shifter knob for my S15. Not easy as the S15 knob has a ferrule on the bottom that the boot fits onto. Any other knob fitted would look daggy as it would not fit the boot properly.
Anyone had this problem and gotten around it

The GP sports knob I have for sale has the ferrule. I forgot what the size of the 6-speed shifter threads.
