D-Drug,VS, Origin, same Company?

I know that Tougefactory imports all three lines for products but I wanted to know if they are in fact made and sold by the same company aswell (in Japan) or are these lines of products competiting with each other?

VS is on it's own.

D Drug and Origin are probably one in the same (more or less)
