this is a good condition bosch bypass valve. its the same thing as a blow off valve, but is made to be recirculated like most people end up doing to their bov's anyway. recirculating gets rid of "rich between shifts" caused by venting air into the atmosphere that has been counted by your MAF.

i never had it installed. but recirculated, you should BARELY be able to hear it if at all.

Is this a plastic one? Which car is it designed for? If it wasn't used by you, who did?

audi and vw use this bpv on a lot of their cars. the guy i bought it from used it. i had purchased it to use on my turbo project, but i'm putting it on hold and selling all my parts i acquired.

There are several models of this BOV with different specs. Have to know which car it came off to know the specs or atleast the part #.

i can get the part # off of the side of it when i get home.
