not trying to be a negative nancy, but whys it all warped and such? that shouldnt affect the fitment, would it?

something that heavy in poly urethane will cause it to sag not warp... its flexible. bump for a clean bumper.

To answer all questions-

-I still have the bumper and ONLY the bumper. No other pieces such as lights or fender trim. Both can be acquired from phase 2 motortrend or ebay.

-Don't know why the bumper looks warped but it definately is not. More than likely I set it on a rock when I was taking the picture and didn't notice because I was in a bit of a hurry. Fitment will not be and is not affected in any way.
