My car is runnin too rich. the motor is a stock SR20 Redtop(injectors, maf, ECU are all stock) I dont have a vaccum/boost leak. I and 2 shops checked for that. So it cant be that. I read a post on Freshalloy.com where a guy had the same problems as me. http://forums.freshalloy.com/ubbthreads/showflat.php?Cat=&Board=UBB9&Number=67979495&page=4&view=collapsed&sb=5&o=&fpart=1
Here is the link. I know he has upgraded injectors and an Enthalpy tuned ecu, 3Z MAF. But it sounds alot like my problem. Everyone has been telling me its a vaccum/boost leak and thats not it. So my question is how do i diagnose a leaky injector/bad FPR or bad Coolant Temp Sensor? I live in the Metro Atlanta area so if anyone would be nice enough to look at it would be a great help.
My car blows flames/backfires at very low RPms, then betweem 6700 and 7700 the car sputters like it is getting too much fuel. Any wisdom would be appreciated since this is the first 240 with a swap ive ever owned.
