Ok, well I placed an order for one of their turbos over TWO MONTHS ago (april 25th actually) and paypald them the $5oo that day. I was told it would be just over a month before I would receive the turbo because the company was going through a merger. It has now been far too long, and the company does not answer their phones, or return calls. Ive also tried emailing them, only to get nothing in return. Ive gotten ONE response, and that was PJ (the founder) telling me that I couldnt have a refund because the turbos are not stocked, they are made to order. Well now I have no communication with him (he wont respond) and paypal wont help me because its been more than 45 days since the transaction. How would I go about solving this problem? Any legal help is GREATLY appreciated- Rob

Im sure WeST would love to help you out when he sees this, fire comes to his eyes when reads "boost designs". Me personaly, I would get find out where they are located, bring firearms and a temper. Dont be a sheep of social order. You will have more then the 500 you've invested and would be able to take a deep breath in satisfaction once its over.

Simple scenario for this answer.
You: "Hey PJ, whats up?"
PJ: "hey... how'd you find my house?"
You: "Oh, my day is great. I just came to ask about my 500bucks"
PJ: "Oh, we are going thru that merger still, and the turbos are still being blah blah blah blah im gay blah blah blah"
You: "oh, its okay. I'll just deduct that 500bucks from... YOUR CHEST!!!"
/insert gunshots
You: "oh, and your wallet too. Have a good one!"
Win-Win situation!

Yes, its Jeff240sx that I ment not WeST. I knew it was one of the two. I should of did a quick search before I made that statement, but instead I failed like a newbie. But yes, Jeff240sx's eye's turn to a deep dark red when he reads "Boost Designs"

wel I paid through paypal, but my account is directly linked to my debit card (checking account). I dont know his full name, but will search for it. Paypal said they couldnt file a claim because its been more than 45 days since I sent the payment. Any other suggestions- Rob
Perry Johnson, and his address is on the website, btw he lives in an appartment complex on the bottom floor

^^Thanks bro, I really appreciate it. I filed a complaint with the BBB, but they have no jurisdiction over anyone, so I doubt anything will get done on that end. Is there anything else I can do other than actually fly out there and confront him (which would probably cost me more than my $500). ??- Rob

Greyhound man, 60bucks!
Go there, take his car parts, shoot him, then 'shoot' his wife, then go home.

If your debit card is backed by a major credit card company (read: Visa or Mastercard) you *might* be able to deal with them to get your money back, however, I am not sure how that works with a debit card.
In the future, if you can buy with a credit card cause they back the customer the vast majority of the time.

well I called today and left a message on his answering machine. I told him he has till the close of his business hours on wednesday to contact me or I'm getting his local sheriff's department to handle it. Then I mysteriously got a phone call to my house (my mom answered) and he asked for me, but of course I wasnt there, and he quickly said he'd call another contact number he had, and then hung up on my mom. So im assuming this was him trying to contact me, hopefully its getting through to him that Im not giving up......
