tiff isn't on top gear anymore. he hasn't been for a while actually. he now hosts fifth gear.

top gear on discovery sucks... they took out a lot of the good parts. i guess it's better than nothing

no, it's a hodgepodge of last season with a lot of the humor taken out, the news gone, music edits and lots of commercials.

you're better off downloading it if you're a TG fan.

I finally watched the episode of Top Gear I had saved on my DVR and have to say that so far I easily prefer Fifth gear over Top Gear. Jeremy Clarkson tends to ramble on about superfluous things while Tiff Nedell of Fifth Gear tends to get down to business with the cars (though he does tend to gush once inside the car's).

Fifth Gear seems to have a more common man/working class feel to it that appeals to me while Top Gear comes off as being a bit too uppercrust for my liking. It's kind of like comparing Car Craft magazine to Road & Track, at the doctors office waiting room I will read either but at a newsstand I would have no qualms buying the Car Craft but would probably see the Road & Track as a waste of money.

Thanks to the OP though for pointing out the show was on Discovery now.
