Reason i'm selling is i've been robbed, i got a notice saying i have a negative 3 figure ammount and a bunch of money was cleared out.. I noticed this because i was at gas station w/ a friend and my CC didn't work mystersly...

So... its sunday July 3 and i can't do anything but i have a feeling im not going to be able to do anythign about it.

File a police report immediatly. even today cops arnt off. tuesday call your credit card company and tell them you have a police report on hand and you need to report fraud. Find out what your very last purchase was also and the EXACT amount. then just follow the directions your given by your credit card company. BUT most importantly file a police report IMMEDIATLY do not wait.
When my card got stolen (debit card) I got a police report and a print out of where my card was used after stolen added that to the report then took a copy of the report to my bank fillled out a fraud affidavit and had my money back next day. This was Amsouth bank in AL. Easy fix. Hopefully youll have equally good luck resolving this. Good luck.
