I took it to a shop about 30 min ago, and it only took about 20 min to put it on.
It looks good and sounds great. It's actually a lot quiter than I expected which is, to be honest, not as loud as I would like. But thats ok because i hear that once it breaks in a little it gets a little louder, which is cool, I just don't want it to be too loud. This system is definitely not too loud. It's very close to the same loudness as the stock one at idle. But when you hit the gas, there's a big difference in tone. It's tone has a very nice, smooth, bassy sound.
It looks very nice on my s14. It comes striaght out the back, unlike the N1 dual and fireball. I love the way the polished aluminum tip and canister shine in the light. It definitely improved the look of the car from the rear.
As far as performance goes, I can tell that acceleration is a little quicker, it definitely revs faster. It seemed to put a little extra kick in the car when I threw it in third doing about 60mph. I didn't notice any low-end torque missing, and the mid to upper end of the power band was improved. The power difference is similar to when I put on the CAI compared to stock.
I am very pleased with this exhaust so far. And I'm pleased with the performance of my car... for now <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':D'>
So now I have an Injen intake w/ cold air ext. and the GReddy MX exhaust system. Next up will be a new header, which will more than likely be from the same company, GReddy.
