yeah they'll be going on a 92 hatch...i'm headed to the bank/post office right now so the money order should be in your hands pretty soon :) - just wondering - are the pics of the wheels current? i'm trying to gauge how difficult it would be to get the lips shiny again minus the wheel weights. i'm going to paint the centers black but don't know if i should just paint the entire wheel black because of those wheel weights....
----money order has been sent...should reach you in a few days

if i were to paint/refinish these wheels i would carefully mask off the machined edges(lips) of the wheels and sand the wheels with soft grit sand paper, wipe off all the dust and then paint the face. you may also want to use a light coat of primer. they also sell duplicolor wheel paint in bronze, graphite, white and silver at autozone and kragen that works pretty good. once everything is dry then just hand polish the lips with mother's metal polish. with the new paint you won't really notice the hairline scratches on the lips. DON'T EVER PAINT MACHINED LIPS. that just my opinion. you can use different grit sandpapers to buffthem out. and yes the pictures are current. the pictures were taken 2 days ago. i cleaned all the rims this morning and i repainted the center caps flat black for you.

you can also use clearcoat as well.
the wheel weights aren't so bad. if you really don't like them then you can have the wheels rebalanced and tell the guy to put the wheel weights on the inside of the rims. after the wheels weights are off the the marks can be lifted with a soft grit sand papaer and/or rubbing compound or metal polish. but if you are broke then just leave the wheel weights on for now.
