it's a shop. so no, there is nothing like it in the US, because every shop is unique(most of them). but in the US, we do have heavythrottle, unstable-hybrids, rollhard, enjukuracing...etc. there are shops everywhere.

Don runs PDM racing as a side buisness. He is good to work with and has been around forever and a day. I don't thiunk I have ever heard any thing bad about him or his shop.
He knows a lot about the 240, cars and racing in general, and is always willing to answer questions about his products. You can probably find any thign he sells else where if you look. But I can't see any reason not to do buisness with him.

i have a complaint about him. we were conversing through email about a cam i was going to buy. he told me the ammount for shipping and insurance. had the money order ready. went to my local performance shop and they said it will cost at least $400 to install. i emailed don with about 5 questions on how long it should really take to install, any difficulties, and any tips. a whole damn paragragh. this was very important to know, to me. and at the end of the paragragh i put "who do i make the money order payable to?"
guess which question got answer and guess which 5 didn't.
to make it short, it pissed me off, i took the money order back, and took his link off my website. ya don't fuck with james like that. ok, i take little things like that too serious, but you don't disrespect a customer like that. i'll buy straight from colt cams before i buy from him.
now should anyone NOT buy from him. i don't care. he's probably a good guy to other people. and if i tried ordering the cam again, maybe he'd answer my questions this time, but that doesn't matter, because he had his chance the first time.
I've ordered from him twice and both times I received great service. I asked some followup questions on some of the things I had ordered and we e-mailed back and forth a couple times and then my 3rd e-mail I never got a reply
From the bit I've talked with him he's a great guy and really knows a lot (thats an understatement really). I'd do business with him again any day. Also note that he sells other stuff that he doesn't carry on his website (like a lot of places) so just e-mail him to see if he can get it for you.
