I'm kinda of just testing waters right now but gas is kicking my ass so I'm considering selling this car and putting a down payment on a new car. Either that or I'd be interested in a trade +cash on either side depending on the car... Little background: Car was purchased about 7 months or so ago. This has been about a 1 1/2 year project. Engine came from an R34 Skyline GT-T (280hp, 250 torque). Car is an 89 240sx fastback with power NOTHING except power steering, which works fine. I'm not positive if I want to keep the car or if I want a new/different car.. All I know is gas is killing me and I commute quite a bit to work so i'd rather not drive this around... Please no offers under 10k... i've spent way too much money and way too much time into getting this car to work and work WELL... drives just as well as a new car.. it practically is. If anyone's interested and serious, e-mail for pics.. [email protected] ... if the car sells or trades, cool... if it does'nt, no biggie.

By the way.. smog is still good for about another year and 2 months or so.

Here's the cliffs notes:

Here's some pics of my car.. some are blurry but some are ok. You somewhat get the idea... I've gotten a few emails asking the same question so here's the answer. The difference is between the GT-T and the GTR is that the GT-T is a 2.5L single turbo RWD, while the GTR is a 2.6L twin turbo AWD. However, they are both 280hp. This is the 2nd R34 RB25DET that has been done in the US so far...The other guy that did it lives in florida made 600rwhp on all stock internals sothese engines have ALOT of potential... The internals are stronger than the R33 RB25DET swaps people do also (thicker rods, stronger pistons).
