S13 SS catback exhaust and JDM Spoiler - bayarea only

The spoiler is for a S13 Hatchback and I believe it's a TBO sports spoiler. Really rare as I have yet to see one in person. The color is glossy black and has lots of minor scratches and nicks but no cracks. Repainting is probably a good idea. Price is firm at $165.

im interested in the exhaust if the deal doesnt go through. im really liking that spoiler, but i dont think i have the funds. radial T/A's are great for drifting, mine have lasted through 2 track days and theyre super hard compound.
