Is this OBDII? I need an OBDII for my '98 240sx. Did a 5 speed swap, and never got a new ecu yet.

Im not sure how to tell??? I believe 96 was the year they started obdII I just dont know how to tell if it is or isnt. My car is a 95, and Im running my old ecu on the new engine right now, so I suspect its obd1???
