cheap flares for s14?

is there any cheap way to get more fender clearance for an s14? cheapest ive found is like 300 bucks for overfenders. is there any other way to do this without having the car look like total ghetto trash?

Depends on how much extra space you need. Are you using rims like 17x10 -20mm? because stretch and pull is usually enough.

Do you have access to an eastwood fender roller? If so, and your fenders arent already pulled, try one of those. A friend of mine pulled my fenders with one of those and it came out good, imo. Just gotta take your time and use a heat gun. But yeah, it all depends on how much extra clearance you want. You can only pull your stock fenders so much.

Yeah, revat619 is right. Just pull the shit out of your fenders, if you mess up..big whoop, you're going wide fender anyways. I was able to pull mine about 1", turned out VERY well. :)

sometimes i think to myself "y did i go overfender for when i could of pulled it for cheaper" but then it goes away when i see my car.

i fit 9s and 10s with +10 and +11 (front and rear respectively) on front over fenders and real pull of 25+mm with -3 and -2 camber (f/r). How aggressive wheel/tire combo we talkin here? And what do you do with it?

haha yalls wheels suck. 18x12 +22 so im probably gonna have to space it to clear the shock, im thinking 18x12 -5ish with an inch spacer on there. so yeah. and car has already been pulled a good bit, i could get some more out of it but i cant get as much as overfenders so no point.

3. expensive wheels? you have professors in your profile no? unless you stole thoes then you totally loose on the expensive wheels argument. shop around a bit before you go blow money on "expensive wheels", you probably pay more for a set of FNs as i got these for.

18x12 +22 so im probably gonna have to space it to clear the shock...

I think you'll be fine with shock clearnce in the rear...

9", +40 has probably 1" of shock clearance.

Your adding 1.5" of wheel to the inside, and then the +22 will push it out a little more than half an inch...I think it will be a wash. With a stretched tire, I'll bet 12", +22 will fit in the inside...barely.

Not up front...in the rear.

I have 17X9 with a +40, and normally run with 15mm spacers...but they have been on the car with no spacer, they fit fine. Plenty of coilover clearace...as I said, close to an inch.

Now, in the front...9", +25 barely clears.

I also say pull your fenders first with the eastwood. If that doesn't go well, then proceed to go another route.

I pulled my fenders, now I am pulling them more for my new wheels (9" +5 front, 10" +10 rear...S13).

If you're patient then fender pulling is awesome. I put about 8 hours into each rear corner. The fronts were much easier for me to pull. Good luck.
