I'm just bored, so I went looking for turbos on ebay.. I found this.. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=7979634633&category=33742
The specs seem to be pretty good.. for that 'crazy' drag racer person. I'm not sure about the quality of these turbines though. Has anyone ever heard of this company before? I know that it mentions that these turbos are for domestics, but I'm sure we all know that any turbo can be put on any car, all depending on the one whom is willing to pay the price. If anyone has any knowledge about this.. please let me know. I'm wondering..

IMO when it comes to items that have to be precise get something everyone knows is good. Electronics, Turbos, head porting, etc... spend the money you will be happier in the long run.

So far I have built: in my garage

2 Supercharged B18C1 Integra GSR motors
2 Turbocharged JDM B16A Civic Motors Piston/Rod/Ring/etc
1 B18 LS-VTEC Hybrid
1 B20 LS-VTEC Hybrid
2 RWD SR20DET Motors
1 KA24DET Motor
6 B16A Motor swaps
2 GSR swaps
2 SR RWD S13 swaps

And in my experience get the good stuff, save the money and get something that it tried and true.

If you want a bigger turbo my friend is running a Garret GT32 (brand new $625) and is putting down 393 at 19 PSI, it is a nice turbo. A little laggy but it is capeable of 550hp so it is to be expected.

Just what I thing take as you will. See ya.

If you want common turbo's for a SR look for

GT25R .64
GT25R .86
GT2871R .64
GT2871R .86

They are bolt on and the have a wide range of power depending on what you want.

Are you selling the SR's? If so, how much? I'll ask my friend, but as of know, I'm not sure if that's big enough for him. The turbine will be for an RB25DET, and he wants to be making well over 500hp.

I am not selling the motors listed above they are what I have worked on in the past 2 years.

For a 2.5 liter I would say you are going to need a Garrett GT30 or GT32.

My friend wants to use something along the lines of at least a T67. How would you compare that and the GT32 that you speak of? I'm not familiar with the similarities.

Hey man, I've been trying to search for info about a gt32. I find conflicting numbers and haven't been able to get some straight information that I need.

I've been looking at this:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Garrett-GT32-Turbo-GT-32-Turbocharger-T3-Flange-NEW_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ33742QQitemZ7971717 295QQrdZ1QQsspagenameZWD1V

for an s13 sr20det, peakboost turbo manifold, topspeed intake manifold, greddy valvesprings, hks step 2 264s, 700cc injectors, nismo fpr, etc.

I don't want to drop the money on a ballbearing turbo, but I'm looking to get about 400+ whp on 93 octane and perhaps a bit more if I decide later to go with larger injectors or something...

what do you think about the gt32? Is it my answer? =)

thanks
