in SD, there's a few nice s14s, but i'd definitely have to agree with maverick27 in that most of these new fanboys are buying s13s. Ricey s13's and unpainted silvia fronts are pretty commonplace down here. I know a lot of cool s13s guys though. It just sucks how they're vastly out numbered by a bunch of morons.

I would say that there are two others now here in Western Colorado. Th sickest of the bunch ( Real S13 Coupe) got t-boned by a drunk driver. Other are a hatch with an SR20DET and Tein coil-overs. Other is an S14 that looks great, but is still rockin' a KA with 200K on it.

As far as modded 240's, I see them all over. S13's have gotten pretty common and seems everyone is buying one up. I've also seen a big increase in S14's over the past year.

I drive from Riverside County to Ventura County almost once or twice a week depending on the week. In riverside I have seen 2 modded s14s 3 or 4 modded s13s one with front-end conversion and kat. On my drive out to Ventura County I'm likely to see at least one modded 240 s13 s14 alike. In Ventura county I have seen a number of modded 240s more than I can recall, I know of two nice s14s and 1 really nice s13 and countless slightly modded s13s. That’s now, when I bought my 240 6 years ago I could make my same trip everyday for a week and not see one single modded 240. So, blown up it has my friend.

Around here (Omaha, Ne). Theres a lot of s13s that i never see but i hear of them on my local forums. Theres 3 with sr's. Theres one with a rb25 that has suspension, lsd, z32 brakes some nice wheels. One with a rb20 that i've actually seen.

Theres 3 s14s that i know that have a ka-t and its build but its running the greddy turbo kit so its not so great and 2 sr'ed. Yet i dont see them at all only when i go to this shop down my street. A lot of people here hate on drifting for some reason they cant respect it... damn rednecks; so its usally more about power than suspension and shit on these cars.

The rest i see are just daily drivers that are about to break in half with all the rust. I havent seen any riced out 240sx in my life. Everyone around here that knows what the difference between s13 and s14 is pretty informed when buying something for their car so their rims usally aint honda offset wheels... well sometimes but with -20 spacers... oh yeah.

4 in Grand Junction? Man, I have yet to see any SR'd S13's but I have seen a very clean S14 Kouki running around KA-T... could be SR. I have heard of a few guys runnin' SR'd hatches out of Parker, CO. As far as I'm know I'm the first out of the east Denver/Aurora area although mine look likes a total beater with nice rims....

I have seen mostly stock s13 coupes, hatchs, and a vert or two. Also seen some stock s14 zenki and kouki. A kid I met at school has a 1998 s14 with 5 lug conversion, ehaust and rims, planing on doing engine swap.

Most of the hooked-up cars I see are owned by touge factory but there is also a green 240 that was at forumla d that lives 2 blocks away from me.
