OK i need to know what would be a good place to mount a hoist to pull my engine. The yellow circles are where i was going to put them.

thats the 2 locations i used to pull my motor....but my chain had too hooks on each end (equal 4 hooks), so i just used 2 bolts for the front on the 2nd pic and used 2 more bolts on the 1st pic

for the 2nd pic, it only has one bolt that bolts down a harness ground, i got the 2nd bolt from my spare motor...i used a engine mount bracket bolt and it worked fine...i believe its a 14mm....(unsure on the size)...

the 1st pic should already have 2 bolts there, one for another harness ground and 1 for something (sorry, its late at night and i forgot), but i'm pretty sure theres 2 bolts there...

hope that helped...

those places are fine. But get an engine level, makes it SOOOO easy to whip it out and slap it back in again

I just wraped around the 2 center intake runners.

I would do that but i am keeping the engine, all i am doing to putting a 5 spd trany in and it will be easier to take it out and put it in that way. So i am worried that i would break the intake and the exhaust if i were to do that.

i think its easier to put the tranny in from under the car

Lifting the motor using the intake & exhaust manifold is okay....they won't break. What you do have to worry about are 1). the chain you are using to lift the engine breaking or 2), cracking one of the fuel injectors due to the chain rubbing up against the injector. Just be careful as you raise the motor...you should be okay.
