ingitor or coil packs?

Ok so i pulled my coil packs and plugs and tested for spark. i got spark from all plugs but the third cylinder plug sparked alot harder than the other three. If the ignitor was bad, would there be any spark? if not, would a bad coil pack only allow some spark? i figured that it was all or nothing from both.

if it was the ignitor you would have no spark.

so coil packs can still give some charge when they arent good? guess that means they are going out?
