Recap on Nissan BBQ

That was a pretty coo meet. Lots of Altimas and Maximas. I was there with my S14, Adey had his S13 Fastback, and Coolero had his S13 Coupe.

BTW, the burgers werer pretty damn good. I think someone musta kidnapped a cook from In-N-Out across the street and forced him to cook food for us.

As for the next meet.... we should get that thingie organized. One of the guys I talked to is a friend of the owner at Button Willow Race Track.... or something like that, so if we ever decided to have a meet there, he could get us some sort of a deal. And I'm happy to hear that it's only an hour from where I live, woot woot. -=^_^=-

Either that or we could do the PCH thingy-majig. I personally think we should do the PCH cruise first, then do something at a race track a little bit later, since we all still need practice &nbsp;<img src="#/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':p'>

Speaking of late braking... I just started practicing that today. I slid the back out a little bit on the carpool lane going like 70.... recovery!! whew! &nbsp; <img src="#/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':p'>

I knew those two other passengers might come in handy!! LoL More grip (good).....on the other hand, more momentum too (bad)... shit i dunno.. hah!

I don't know why I've never really been turned on by karting. I always prefer the real thing... Even w/ the sh*t suspension in my GTI it's fun. -- canyon runs, that is. I'm still trying to get the feel of my 240, it is COMPLETELY different (needless to say) and it's like re-learning to drive! rev matching seems harder, I guess it's the drive by cable layout I'm not used to.
Anyway.
MrMiggs and Coolero are we going up this friday to scope out PCH?? I don't actually feel like I need to because I know it pretty well (at least up to where it hits Pepperdine) but it'd be cool to plot a route anyway, and/or to just go driving w/ some ppl.

The date changed?..the day for planning is on Sunday, I hope. cause thats my day off. Well friday is my day off too, but i'm too busy on Fridays. What we'll go up there for is just to check out the roads and set up a route on which roads to take. So that some of the people wont get lost or something. We'll also get a bite to eat and hopefully find some empty parking lots <img src="#/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':p'>

Well, whenever we DO take a look at the place, I think Adey should come along, since he said he knows about the area. I personally know nothing about that place...so Adey could be our tour guide -=^_^=-

Friday is good for me, sunday might be bad because i have school the next day... satruday is good for me too.

If u decide to go sunday, I might be able to go, or I might not... friday for sure, and saturday -- most likely.
