rb25det clutch won't disingage!!! help asap!!!

i have a series 1 rb25det with a act street strip clutch kit and stock flywheel ( i think) i finally got my rb running 1 1/2 later and now the clutch wont disengage when engine is running. slave has full throw and fork moves all the way but clutch wont let go???? mckinney said it could be a problem with the (slide) the piece that holds the throw-out since they said nissan has like 15 different sizes. need info on how to measure and which one i would need if this is the problem and if not ... what is????
