97/98 foglight removal

noob question:
is there any write ups on how to safely remove the stock foglights? taking them out seems to be the easiest way to change the h3 bulb.

And guess what I did to find those, I hit a button called SEARCH. Not being a jerk but I don't even own and S14 and in like 10 seconds of SEARCHING I found some info hope this helps you out man. :bigok:
