How can you check PCV plumbing?

I REALLY need to know how to find out if mine is blocked somehow...

I am getting crankcase pressurization with 150 compression on 4 cyls and 0-5% leakdown results..

I replace the PCV valve and all hoses from crankcase breather to intake.

you take the hose off....and put your finger over the pcv valve to see if you feel air comming in..
