ummm, yeah, noobish.... but wrenches keep stripping the flares and pb blaster and wd-40 dont seem to help much. the connections im talking about are where the hard brake line ends and the rubber part begins.
and its the 10mm wrench size on those right? that looked to be the closest to correct.
Thanks for any help

Here's a another tip. Get a good brand of the flare nut wrenches (pic above) like snap on or craftsman. DON'T go with a brand like Powerbuilt @ Kragen, the wrench will flex as you try to turn it and it will slip on the nut! Trust I speak from stripping experience.
One of my flare nuts I stripped out so bad I had to dremel it down to a 9mm nut!! Yeah....sucks balls.

An open-end wrench will fit but it will also round off the nut. Look at the post above yours...

Another trick is to give them a hard hit with your fist to break them loose. If you just pull on the wrench there's a good chance you can still strip them even with the good flare wrenches.

OUCH!! Don't know about you but my hands are made of flesh and bone, might hurt just a bit. Use an impact mallet or a regular hammer, much easier on your hands. :)
