Apex'i N1 Exhaust
HKS Intake
Greddy Radiator
Apex'i -

Tein HA Suspension
Volk LE-37T, 18x8.5 rear, 18x7.5 front
255/35 tires rear, 225/40 tires front
In the near future I'll be getting a Turbonetics T3/60-1 turbo (similar to a T3/T04E, but the compressor is bigger), a manifold from South Florida Performance, and either an HKS or Tial wastegate...probably Tial...my Bomex bumper has come in, but I don't have the money to pick it up yet.
Later, plans for 550cc Nismos, a fuel pressure regulator, and the rest of a Bomex kit...oh yeah, and a cheap paint job (not too cheap, but I don't care THAT much about looks...I'm not tryin to be a show winner or anything)...
Yup...

Are you gonna change the color? I think that maroon color with gunmetal Volks is absolutely beautiful.

I don't know...I don't like the maroon color at all on it's own, but I'm having trouble thinking of a color that would match those wheels any better...

cuban, how does the sr feel compare to your old ka? smoother rev? how about soundwise? I see sr torque and hp max at a little higher rpm... (100rpm for hp and 800 for torque) i thought it be higher..
thanks

Ahh the numbers. Thanks for getting that posted up. I'd like to point out to those who don't remember your orig. post on the topic that that would by dyno runs #11 and 42 Spread over the course of at least 1.5 hours! YIKES!
Not as smooth as I would have expected, but I guess the heat soak issue arises beyond your first few pulls. Did you figure out if you are maxing the stock injectors at 1 bar?
BTW: I've started my SR fund (thanks to a nasty sounding T/O bearing)...

Hey how much boost you running?
crazycuban

Hippo: I can't wait to ride in an SR where the accel g's match the braking g's...i.e. an SR powered car that can actually stop...hehe...
Luey: The SR is almost totally different from the KA...for example, I had more trouble with the KA in the rain than the SR - I had to leave from every stoplight in 2nd gear with the KA to avoid fishtailing, but with the SR all I have to do is keep it under 3000. On the other hand, at 3000 with the SR all hell breaks loose, even in the dry - so much power kicks in there that if I'm accelerating from a stop at full throttle, the wheels will all the sudden start spinning around there...another difference, of course, is the top end, but that can be made closer with a KA-T...
S13Grl - The AVC-R is set at 1 bar, but I'm only getting .9 bar at the manifold...I'm pretty sure it's because of a boost leak...
