Video Editing Program?

Hey, i see we people here have been putting together some videos of HA HA's w/ music and all. I'm just wondering, what kinda program do you guys use for that? And does it take a long time to do all that stuff?

Many use Windows Movie Maker, as you can tell by the cheap effects and title screens. Then there is Nero and my favorite...Vegas Movie Studio. These are the few I have used. It can take time to render, if you are looking into producing a DVD. And also editing can take time depending on what you want.

+1 for vegas video, im still trying to learn adobe premiere and afteraffects, but they dont seem to have the simple yet powerful combo that vegas has.

I am also running Adobe Premier pro, I think it is pretty easy to understand if you have a little time and a little photoshop knowledge.

im using adobe pro to edit and windows movie maker 2 to capture the vid. I have a friend who went to school for vegas and wants me to convert. ill give it a try.
