S14 carpet in S13

Will it swap without mods? If not, what is needed? I found a '96 parts car w/ perfect carpet and seats. I got the front seats too.

i got s14 carpet in my car, but only from the middle of the front seats forward and it fits fine. much better carpet too. dont know if it fits where the back seats are, mine are gone.
