yes, i'm very aware of what tourettes syndrome is. It also looks very easy to fake just for a good laugh and a lot of attention. I'm curious if this is a real case of tourette's, or if this dude is just lonely.

Often? Sorry, bieng a psychology minor I am certain that it's not tourettes. First, it's a low number.. 3-5% of tourettes patients actually curse. Mostly it's uncontrollable grunting, muscle spasms, movements, ect. A tic. Not a string of cursewords. And.. I've never (nor has my professor) heard of a person with tourettes spout off strings of angry curses. Its a non-agressive syndrome, with brief, short losses of control.
That guy is just an asshole, not a tourettes patient.
