Momo hub

I just ordered my momo hub and they guy asked if I had HICAS or not. I explained I didnt but asked why.
He said in his Momo book there is not under the 240sx model saying it will not work with HICAS.
That sucks, does anyone know why? Is there something on the steering colume a 240sx w/o hicas does not have?
